    Navigation data

    During their normal operations, the IT systems and software procedures used to ensure the functionality of this website acquire a series of personal data; the transmission of this data is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for the purpose of associating it with identified subjects, however - due to its nature - it may allow the users to be identified via elaborations and associations with data held by third parties. This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used to connect to the website, the URI addresses of requested resources, the time at which the request is submitted, the method used to submit the request to the server, the dimensions of the file obtained in response to the request, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, unsuccessful, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and IT environment.

    These data are used only for the purpose of obtaining statistic information concerning the use of the website and to check its correct functionality. The data may also be used for assessing responsibility in the event of hypothetical IT crimes against the website (legitimate interests of the owner).

    Data provided voluntarily by the user

    The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails and/or ordinary mail to the addresses indicated on this website implies the acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary for answering requests. All other personal data featured in these mails will also be acquired. If the sender has sent his/her CV for job applications, he/she is the sole person responsible for the pertinence and correctness of the sent data. We highlight that CVs that do not include a data treatment authorization will be cancelled immediately.


    Object of the treatment

    Our organization treats personal ID data of clients/providers (e.g. name, surname, company name, fiscal data, address, phone number, e-mail address, banking and payment details) and of their operative referents (name, surname and contact data), all of which are acquired and used to provide the services we supply.

    Purposes and juridical foundations for the treatment

    The data are treated for the purpose of:
    - establishing contractual/professional relationships;
    - fulfilling pre-contractual, contractual and fiscal duties deriving from existing relationships, as well as connected communication duties;
    - observing provisions set forth by the law, by regulations, by EU standards or by orders from a Supervisory body;
    - exercising a legitimate interest or right of the Owner (for example: the right to defence in trials; the protection of credits; ordinary internal operational, managerial and accounting needs).
    Failure to confer these data will make it impossible to establish a relationship with the Owner. The purposes indicated above are suitable juridical foundations for licit treatment, as established by Art.6, commas b, c, f. Specific consent will be requested from the data subjects, should the treatment involve different purposes than those indicated above.

    Modality of the treatment

    The treatment of personal data takes place via the operations indicated in Art. 4 n. 2) of the GDPR, and precisely: collection, registration, organization, conservation, elaboration, rectification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilization, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of the data. Personal data are subject to treatment both on paper and via electronic and/or automatic devices. The Owner will treat the personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the goals for which these data were collected, as well as the correspondent legal requirements.

    Context of the treatment

    The data are treated by regularly authorized and trained internal subjects, in compliance with Art.29 of the GDPR. Data subjects can also request information on the communication context of their personal data, obtaining specific indications on any external subjects operating as independent Controllers or Owners during the treatment (consultants, technicians, banking institutes, transport firms, etc.).


    We underline that this policy may be subject to periodical reviews, including modifications due to legal and jurisprudential changes in the correspondent legal framework. In the event of significant changes, the home page of the web site will highlight these changes for a suitable amount of time. In any case, we invite data subjects to check this policy from time to time.
